I obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from Florida International University and began my career in hospital-based care. Working in oncology inspired me to seek certification in Functional Medicine, which I did through Functional Medicine University in 2021. I started a telehealth practice that helps clients lose 10-15 pounds in 90 days. The initial focuses are nutrition and lifestyle modifications; see “The THIN Formula” on Amazon. We then test adrenal and sex hormones, and neurotransmitters and follow nutraceutical protocols for each analyte which are explained in online courses. In 2023, look for my book “7X Method.”
